Hi.

This is Evernight if you couldn't tell.

For more context on the situation to all that are new to the blog.

For those who are caught up, here's the message I wanted you to know:

Unfortunately, I lied to you all about taking a break for the sake of my health.

 Instead of taking my rests and preparing for what I would be going through, I felt more obligated than ever to finish the ports that people had requested of me.

It was a decision that I decided on willy-nilly at first, thinking I could handle it but now I'm just genuinely tired from porting and education, all the while having to make time to rest. 

March also has been checking up on me and was the reason why I'm even making this post right now so I can be transparent with everyone here.

With that being said :

I'm happy to announce that all of my requested ports have been completed, though I won't be able to publish them before my procedure sometime this month.

At the same time though, I got hold of someone who was willing to let me sample Voisona audio files, so expect some Voisona ports on the way as you can see an UI Voisona port in the works.

Thank you for viewing this announcement and I truly appreciate all wishing my good health.

It really fills my heart (Pun intended) to see everyone hoping I can get through this difficult time of my life. 

Although some of you won't actually care for me or March behind the screens and just want the ports, I really do love seeing people enjoy my ports so I also appreciate you guys for it.

Anyways, it's pretty late, so I'm going to dip and edit this later.

UPDATE POST 4 (Kinda Retiring)

Hi. Let's get to the chase.

I'm going to semi-retire from porting.

Recently, I was medically diagnosed for Atrial Septal Defect or in other words, a big hole in my heart and was told by my cardiologist that I will have to undergo medical procedures to check on this and possibly surgery if the defect is severe enough that device closure isn't viable.

In preparation for this, I will have to retire from porting.

For those who had requested my ports, I do have them but I don't want to release them in an unfinished state especially since I went through a depressive episode after finding about my condition and was unable to finish them until March reminded me.

Therefore, I'll be releasing them after all of this.

Porting is really fun but sadly, I will have to go but don't worry because I will come back.

Thank you for listening and for your understanding.

And thank you to March for being able to create and build this blog with me, I really had a fun time and good memories with you as my partner.

Rules

Rule 1 : Eve has the final say on what she can port, what she cannot, when will she port, when she will release the port, etc. The reason should be obvious. 

Rule 2 : Eve takes 3 requests at a time. So she doesn't get killed by burnout.

Rule 3 : Requests for multiple voicebanks (Eg. "Can you port Miku, Rin, Luka...") is more likely to be ignored for the same reason as Rule 2.

Request Rules

Rule 1 : Eve takes requests from comments here, the Chatango, or Reddit when she posts for requests. Requests from anywhere else are ignored.

Rule 2 : Specify what voicebank and version you want to be ported.  (Eg. "Can you port Miku V3?", "Can you port Iroha SynthV?")

What can/can't Eve port?

Can port : Vocaloid/SynthV (1/Flat)/Voisona/CeVIO

Cannot port : V1s, SynthV2s without SynthV1 or SynthV Flat ports, Chinese/English Voicebanks without Japanese support.

Reasons

V1s - No Working Crack

SynthV2s - No Crack

Chinese/English Voicebanks - No Midi/Oto Readily Available

How does Eve port?

I'm not entirely sure but here's what I know :

She has files for porting like .vpr/.svp/.midi and the oto ready to go.

After exporting the audio files and stuff, she does the usual process of making a UTAU port which is no different than making a UTAU bank.

She just kinda keeps the process discreet.

And I'm not even a porter nor did I make a UTAU bank for myself to know

Why are some of the voicebank files so large?

Eve usually ports all the pitches on every voicecolor.

Most ports are usually monopitch to be able to pump out more ports in a short amount of time and to keep those ports from eating up too much storage.

 Eve wants to ensure quality, therefore more pitches and therefore more storage to actually install them. 

No shade to any port creators though!

I was on a vacation with my family for a while but now I'm back.

I'm currently learning how to do multipitch voicebanks and add voice colors.
